Why bubble Wrap is a Joy to Be Around

In the various packaging worlds, bubble wrap is used for a lot of reasons. From sheets made of this to bags, the type of packaging is high-quality, and also keeps it safe. But It's also satisfying on all fronts and totally delightful.  What’s the psychology behind this though? Why does it feel so right to just sit around and pop bubble wrap? Let’s talk about this.

Types of Bubble Wrapping

There are two types of bubble wrapping that’s used for products and for stress relief.  We’ll go over them here.

The first is rolls, which come in different sizes.  With many different features, such as anti-static and perforations, it’s good for items that are fragile and may have some impact during the transition process.  It also is great for shipping out items of all kinds.  They’re poppable because the squeezing does impact the air within the plastic, so it will cause the pressure and the volume of this to be affected too.

Rolls of this are great for satisfying bursts for a long time.  They also keep everything pristine, delivering pleasurable aspects for many involved.

Bubble bags are another one.  They have self-sealing tabs and anti-static types of tabs.  This is made to place the items right in between, or on the corner.  It prevents jostling when getting knocked. They also have air within.

Both of these are great, and they can also provide a wealth of fun for those interested in people to enjoy.

Why Bubble Wrap is so Satisfying

There are a lot of different motives for popping this type of wrapping. It allows for customers to spend time bursting these, creating an addictive sort of satisfying packaging solution.

Here, we’ll go over why bubble wrap is fun as it is.

It relieves Stress

The first is that it can relieve stress. The satisfaction from this can soothe even the toughest nerves, minimizing stress. It also is more relaxing than meditation tactics too.

It’s also distracting. It allows people to focus on something else, rather than their stressors. With less chances to dwell on the negative due to this, it causes stress to melt away, and be left behind.

A fun popping sound.

The popping sound in bubble wrap is palatable.  It mixes both tactile and auditory stimulation, and it also causes the brain to have some satisfying results from it.

Some people will feel a trigger of the sensory meridian responses, also known as ASMR.  It’s a satisfying tingly sensation within your brain that happens here. pleasant, and people seek to mimic this sound again and again with each pop.

Eliminates Muscle Tension

Finally, it does eliminate muscle tension.  It’s good because it’s satisfying. Muscle tension happens during stressful events, especially when you hit fight or flight mode on this.  the muscles will tense, and then contract, so people can escape these scenarios with this. bubble wrapping does ultimately reduce that tension.

Some people who are nervous do use bubble wrapping to help with this. like with stress balls, it also causes muscle tension to fall behind. It’s like a fidget toy, and it can help with working on these physical activities, leaving you far less tensed up and relaxed.

There are a lot of great uses of bubble wrap, but the best thing is that it does align with the packaging that you have. This strategy allows for better peace of mind and gives you a better chance to transit too.  So yes, use it to protect things, and to leave your package in a better state.

How to Protect Anything with Foam Packaging

When you manufacture, or even sell something that’s delicate and fragile, you want to create the best protective packaging. Utilizing these improper materials leads to goods that are damaged, and customers that aren't happy. Foam packaging provides support and protection necessary to keep even the most fragile of items safe during storage and transit.

Here, we create and curate the best customized foam packaging that’s specific to these products. Foam materials will fit perfectly to the item shape, preventing movement that might cause harm. This snug type of fit also eliminates the extra space in boxes, preventing these items from shifting about.

Foam packaging provides superior protection, especially when compared directly to bubble wrap and packaging peanuts. This foam is great for impact, prevention of compression damage, and are less likely to crack, break, or even scratch.

Custom-fitted foam materials are great for attractive, professional presentations for brands. This packaging will look purposeful, and clean, showcasing this product in the ideal light. Customers get to feel like there’s care taken to protect the items within.

Our Process

So we make sure that you get the best process for your foam packaging.

We use five simple steps to help you get the right foam packaging.

  1. First we design this packaging around the product specs. You tell us how much protection you need, and create a general design, and then run it by you.

  2. Next we create the prototype that will help with testing. This prototype will be what we base the entire packaging limit around, so if this is good, this will be what we bae it off of.

  3. We use third party types of testing that include vibration, shock, compression, even drop testing. Throughout each, we make sure that they meet the requirements for protection, in order to fit your needs.   These tests are extensive, and based on what you need as well.

  4. We get the test results back and validate them based on a third-party laboratory. We also do some of this in house too, in order to make this faster.

  5. Once we get the results back, we either re-run and fix the packaging, or if there’s a chance that it’s good enough, we run it by you, for the overall approval.

We don’t make any further steps until you’ve approved the design that’s there.   from there however, we produce that packaging directly in house, based on the specifications that are used.

You’ll then just have to package and ship out the items.   We take it from there and provide the best packaging solutions that optimize the use of foam.

Why Foam

One might wonder why foam?

Well, it’s the best packaging material for a variety of reasons.

Not just fragile either, but fragile is the first thing that probably comes to mind. Think about it, when you’ve got some fragile packaging, you can trust it inside a box that’s nice and secured, right? Well, we also offer foam on the inside, in order to help optimize the materials.

The same goes for a lot of foam for electronics. Electronics don’t need static, so we provide packaging that keeps the static from building up on the foam, making it even easier for one to get their electronics shipped without something breaking or ruining the experience.

Contact us today, in order to get everything you need to keep everything on the right track. Your packaging matters, and here, we’ve given you every reason to make sure that your packaging plays the part that it must for your success.

Pre-Loved Packaging with Used Supplies

Pre-loved packaging is something that you will want to make sure that you look into. The world of used supplies is something that you will want to also make as special as it can be.

Pre-loved packaging are those that are clean and sorted, and once that’s done, they’re Ethen implemented into the packaging circulation again, making it so that it gets another round of life.

Again, with this, it helps to make the current world of preloved packaging give it another breath of life that will truly make it special. For a lot of companies, having pre-loved packaging means that you can create a circular economy, and also, push for sustainability.

Collecting and Repackaging the Used Materials

How do you get people to actually drop this off? there’s a few ways.

The first, are incentives, such as a coupon or something that will incentivize people to save money with their next purchase. Give it something that people will want to use, as it will make it better, and more impactful.

There's also drop-offs too, where you drop off the item and ensure that it gets to the center that will clean it safely. Little kiosks or places where someone can drop this off are pretty easy to put together.

You should also have a sorting system, especially if you know that there are a lot of items. Make sure that sorting logistics are all that possible, and really work to make it shine.

Consumer Education—reuse Beats Everything

Yes, reuse triumphs all.

It seems bizarre, but when you reuse, you’re doing a lot more than recycling. While recycling is great, it does take a lot of energy to recycle an item. In many cases, you are not saving as much of the planet as you think that you are.   It is better to just reuse the item.

Reusing is also clean and healthy. It is cleaned up before put into the circular economy again, and beats even some of the other means in which your packaging is distributed.

And reusability does save a lot on other resources too, such as water and electricity, because it uses far less. It is also much more creative as well. Again, all of these beat out traditional recycling methods.

Retailers that are using This

There are some programs using reusing items to help make it even better for your packaging. A lot of drop-off kiosks are becoming popular with this. you see them around people tossing away their old items to make packaging even better and more sustainable.

The solutions offer great experiences and are worthwhile. Again, with this circular trend, you have a lot of wonderful men to increase the need overall.

Considerations with this

The biggest thing about this, is the regulatory and hygiene issues that come with this.

You should make sure that labels are in place to update users on these items. If it needs to be disinfected, make sure to let that be known.

Disinfectant coatings are another.   With many of these coatings, it removes the bacteria that come with this, and it can be good. adding some disinfectant to these is also a wonderful, worthwhile way to make this work.

Finally, you’ve got safety protocols. Make sure that nothing gets back into circulation until you know that it’s been cleaned. Ensure as well that proper testing and hygiene are something that you’ll be able to use.

Again, preloved packaging is the way to go. It can help create a used supplies circular economy, and

Applications of this can include different areas.

High-end cosmetics are one of the most common ones. A lot of name brands especially for makeup will use this type of packaging because it stands out and looks really sleek in terms of design. A lot of cosmetics brands will add it as a special edition element.

Limited edition holographic items are also a great one. The scarcity and limited edition incentives are also something that a lot of brands love and will benefit from, so it’s something to consider.

The design Features

Holographic packaging is unique because it can be fun to really showcase the capabilities of products.

3D product previews are some of the most common. Showing it with a holographic feature can make it look sleek and sophisticated, perfect for those who are looking to hit the technology crowds.

Another one is animated logos. Logos are fun already, and there’s an appeal to them, but when you make them animated, this can really excite customers, making them curious about what the product has to offer.

Finally, you have dynamic packaging, where the brand and its story on the packaging will be activated by the light, giving it a sleek and new shine to this.   It can be a fun way to really make the packaging unique in its own way, and give it another breath of fresh air and life to the items that are there.   it will make the brand stories unique and fun, and really enhance the overall experience.

The benefits

When building packaging, consider the holographic features, for your own personal packaging needs and the overall needs of the business, and what they want to bring to the table. It's a design feature that will really help to enhance your overall experience on so many levels, and will get the brands and customers excited. Consider this type of product experience, and for yourself, immerse the branding and packaging in this whenever you are able to get it put together, and give it to other people as well.

Packaging and Brand Storytelling

Packaging is great because it can tell a great story.  In fact, some brands take pride in being able to offer brand storytelling to other people is a good way to stand out.

Brand storytelling is imperative for aligning the identity with the values that you possess. Here, we’ll go over the brand storytelling for packaging, what’s required, and why you need to use brand storytelling to stand out from the crowd.

Why Brand Storytelling

When you’re able to give people a story, it connects the customers with you.   you’re not just coming to your company, you’re a person with unique information that’s life-changing, and offers a unique perspective on things.

In a crowded market filled with so many different people and products, doing this allows you to stand out. It gives them something interesting to think about, and helps them stay with you throughout the entire process.

This connection is important, as it offers the unique authenticity and practicality that comes with this. more people feel inclined when you’re able to give them a story that really shines, giving them a new breath of fresh air to the products that they have.

It does come with the challenge of showing your authentic self, while also not breaking the bank, and offering some practicality that can really enhance the experience that one has with this item.

So yes, if you’re not using brand storytelling yet, please do so. Your business will thank you, especially with the overall effects that come with this.

The Brand Storytelling Elements

There are a few things that really make your brand’s story stand out.

First, is visuals.   Make sure that your logos and pictures all really stand out and provide you with that unique experience that people will love.   The visuals should be crisp and clear and depict the pictures and energy that you want to use.

The second thing is materials. If you pride yourself as being a natural brand with sustainable materials, make sure that you use this. don’t forgo this for any reason, because it will not align.

Finally, the copy is important. Make sure that it’s written for the audience in mind. if you’re a luxury brand, giving them a story that you’re looking to give customers the finest experience, and really connect them with what you have to offer, is so important.

When designing this, make sure your emotions play a part in this too. if you want to give them something to think about, or ignite passion, use colors and copy that really stands out.

If the goal is sustainability and being a natural brand, then definitely give them a copy that shows you care about the planet, because otherwise you might not hit the nail on the head for those customers invested in you.

Overall, the right appearances, and the right words along with the emotions, all come together and convey a unique, impassioned experience that will in turn, give you everything you could possibly hope for.   Providing others with the ultimate in content and experience will definitely give them something that will be memorable.

Overall, you do need to add all these parts to it. If you have questions, then gauge the customer reactions.   But, you’ll notice by the end of this that their excitement is real and genuinely built on this.   you’ll be amazed at the difference this makes, and how, through these efforts, you’ll convey a unique connection with them.

This connection goes far, and you will increase your profits, and generate more excitement and hype for the products you have, and what’s to come.

Packaging for Vertical Retail Spaces and Vending Systems

Retail is rising, in a literal sense!

More and more packaging is looking at a vertical structure. Why? Because oftentimes, there is a lot more space going up, than left or right.   Think about a shelf with a really high clearance but limited in terms of horizontal sizing. It offers more efficiency, and smarter spaces.

Smart vending is becoming all the more popular for lots of companies. With this type of vending, you have a smart, effective way to understand the vending system, and get it to customers with ease.

Locker towers are another. Lockers are a great storage space for countries and locations where there is no good dedicated mail room, allowing for protection and security.

Finally, there are now vertical storage solutions, which rise up vertically, helping you really see the scope in length that your items go.

All of this comes together and culminates into efficient, effective vertical retail spaces that you will enjoy.

Supplies that flow into Vertical Systems

A lot of supplies will start to flow into these systems.

Gravity-fed cartons are one example. These cartons will be able to house a lot via gravity, and they are dispensed by going down, using the laws of gravity to dispense such items.

Rigid modular packs are another. These packs will mold and transform, helping you with a unique feature that fits each space.

Compact trays are another. Most of the time, these trays, as small as they’ll be, definitely will keep lots of items inside. The efficiency of such spaces improves the systems, making them truly stand out.

Label Orientation and Display Windows

When building a vertical packaging structure or system, you have to be mindful of windows and displays.

While we used to put this on the top or bottom of the box, the biggest parts of the box, nowadays, adding various windows on the side is good. Having the label right in front on one of the sides also tells the customer what it is. As for windows, some companies may put it on the top, to give a sneak peek, but then the sides are reserved for labeling, logos, and whatnot.

The goal of this is for a top-down interaction, and less side to side. Having everything in a manner where a customer can look at it in a line of items is important.

Shipping into Automated Vending Machines

Lots of locations use automated vending machines, which will automatically dispense the item when a person pays for it. You see these a lot in Japan and South Korea, where you can get items from a vending machine without issues. Sometimes, it’s many of the most common items like toiletries too!

One way to make this work is the barcode placement. Have it in a way where one can merely scan it, or the machine can scan it and bring the items to you. That way, you’re not turning the box around in hopes of finding this.

Orientation-ready packaging is another. Making sure that the orientation is easy to see is also important. Again, you want it to be on the right side.

This type of packaging is a newfound means to show off the packaging that you have, and delivers it in a manner that’s different from the rest. Packaging for vertical spaces and vending systems is a bit of a challenge and might take some getting used to. But, the profound benefits that rise and span from this are something to mention, as they will help you with improving your packaging scope as well.

Eco Friendly Dyes and inks: How to Mark your Packages ass Sustainable

Packaging does need ink for their items. It tells you what it is, and also gives you important information. However, traditional inks and dyes are made from petroleum. This is a problem, because that is not a sustainable material. Companies are starting to use printing alternatives that are eco friendly, such as those from soy, water, and algae based types of packaging, especially if you’re someone who cares about the environment at hand.

The elements of Printing that’s Ecofriendly

Eco Friendly printing requires inks and dyes that are recyclable and biodegradable. So that, when the box is discarded, they are tossed away too. One big problem with current packaging is that a lot of the inks and dyes that are used are not sustainable. In that case, it takes more work during the recycling process, especially since it requires them to get rid of the ink first before discarding the box.

There is also the problem of sometimes you can’t, so it ends up making it so that the box is not recyclable. This is a big problem for a lot of businesses, as it means that they aren’t totally sustainable.

But, with eco-friendly inks and dyes, you reduce the chemicals that are harmful during the printing aspects and process, making it so that you’re able to, with this as well, give the most sustainable process that you can.

Reducing these chemicals means that you’re making the packaging eco-friendly, and easy to dispose of. This can mean a whole different world for some of those packaging companies that might not be able to have this otherwise.

Types of Eco Friendly Inks dc

There are some eco-friendly inks that do stand out.

Soy based ones are quite common. Soybeans, when sustainably farmed and sourced, are great for packaging elements. Already used for void fill, you can break these down to create inks.

There are also algae based inks, made from seaweed too. another sustainable material that’s great for your packaging.   It is plant-based, so you will be able to dispose of it accordingly.

Finally, there is water, which is ink that’s made from water. The easiest to source and get rid of, it’s good if you want to be able to just wash off the packaging. This type of ink really comes off when you discard the box and turn it into pulp, so it’s easy to work with.

The benefits and Challenges

With plant-based inks and eco-friendly inks, you are able to lower the environmental impact. Reducing the need to use petrol for inks is important. It’s very easy to toss, and also quite sustainable too, hence why more people are using this.

The biggest challenge for these inks is the vibrancy and colors, making them last a while. While it does look good, it runs into the challenge of really lasting a while.  Water based packaging ink for instance, does come off with water, which might be a problem over time.

The other problem is the costs too. it does cost a bit more to source and use these inks, which is what a lot of people struggle with using. In this instance, just creating a packaging vibrancy that stands out can be a challenge, especially when you don't want to break the bank.

The solution to this is to ask a packaging specialist about this, and to help, throughout all this, give you the packaging that’s good for quality, and also creates an impact that’s sustainable.   You can make the printing eco friendly, while also not sacrificing the visuals with the right steps you implement.
